One system instead of WhatsApp groups and Excel sheets

I build operations systems and apps for companies in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf: a dashboard for management, an app for your field team, and integrations with the platforms you already pay for. If your project is a good fit, you see a working prototype of your own system before you sign, free of charge.

One accountable engineer, from the first call to after launch, who brings in specialists when needed.

01 · The problem

Where most companies are today

  • Requests live in WhatsAppThey get lost between messages, and nobody knows what's done.
  • Numbers live in ExcelMany copies of the same file, each with a different total.
  • Platforms that don't talk to each otherYou pay for subscriptions, then move data between them by hand.

Decisions come late, and mistakes stay invisible until they cost money.

What clients said

Try a working system before reading about one

Three small systems that really work, for fictional companies with sample data. They open on a phone and never send a real message.

Work orders for a maintenance company

From a WhatsApp message to a work order with a deadline, an assigned technician and a report the customer signs.

Clinic bookings

Booking from a phone, and a front desk that knows who arrived, who's late and who didn't come.

Purchase requests and approvals

One request goes to the manager, then finance, with vendor quotes compared, and ends as a purchase order.

05 · How a project works

How a project works with me

  1. Understand before buildingOne or more calls, then a written spec you check line by line.
  2. See your system before you signIf your project is a good fit, a clickable prototype of your own system within days, with a walkthrough video, free of charge.
  3. An offer priced item by itemEach item has its own price and timeline. Drop or postpone any of them without renegotiating the rest.
  4. Releases you test yourselvesDelivery in phases on a staging environment. We move on only after you approve.
  5. Yours from day oneThe code lives in a repository in your company's name, and so does every account and service.
  6. With you after launchA support period set in the offer for fixing any bug, then optional maintenance.

Four commitments

  • I don't rebuild what you already pay forIf a tool you have is enough, I'll tell you.
  • No surprises in the priceAny addition is priced, with its effect on the timeline, before it's built.
  • Arabic from the ground upRight-to-left interfaces designed in Arabic, not translated from English.
  • Everything in writingSpecs, decisions and approvals, so nothing gets lost in a chat.

06 · Who you'll work with

One engineer you know

I'm Mohamed Eladly, a software engineer working from Giza, Egypt, with companies in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf.

I taught myself to code at a young age, then completed the ALX Software Engineering program, which about 700 of the 19,000 who started finished.

I've been freelancing since 2024, and I hold the Professional Freelancer card from Egypt's Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA).

The person who writes your spec writes the code, and answers you after launch.

Common questions

Who do you work with?

Companies in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, and any company that works in Arabic or English, remotely.

What does a project cost?

It depends on the items. After I understand your needs, you get an offer priced item by item, each with its own timeline, and you choose what goes into the first version.

Is the prototype free?

Yes. When we agree the project is a good fit, I build the prototype before the contract, free of charge, so you can see what you'll get.

Who owns the code?

You do. The repository, accounts and services are in your company's name from day one.

How long does a first version take?

Each item has its own timeline in the offer, and delivery comes in releases you test yourself.

How does payment work?

In milestones tied to approved releases, detailed in each offer.

Tell me about one process

If a process in your company still runs on spreadsheets and group chats, tell me about it. I'll tell you honestly whether a custom system is worth it.
