01

Does this sound familiar?

  • “Someone copies orders from the store into accounting every morning.”
  • “The stock in the store doesn't match the real stock.”
  • “Customer messages are sent by hand, one at a time.”
  • “Data you need is published on a public site, and copied by hand.”

02

What the system usually includes

  • Order and stock syncBetween your stores and your system, both ways, with a log of every change.
  • Accounting and e-invoicingThe invoice is created from the order, without re-typing.
  • WhatsApp Business messagesOrder confirmations, status changes and cart reminders, sent automatically and paced to protect your number.
  • Instant alertsA message to you when something needs attention.
  • Public data collectionFrom public websites into Excel or a database, on a schedule.
  • Catalog migrationProducts with images and options, moved to the new platform.

03

How it connects to what you have

In week one I check the APIs of the platforms you use, and give you a written report on what can be connected, what can't, and what to do instead.

  • Accounting and e-invoicing
  • Online stores
  • Payment gateways
  • Fleet systems
  • WhatsApp Business platforms

05

What you own, and after launch

The repository, servers, domain and store accounts are in your company's name from day one, with documents that explain how everything runs. After launch, a support period set in the offer covers any bug, then maintenance is optional.

Questions about this service

Can every platform be connected?

No. That's why I check in week one and write down what can and can't be connected, before any commitment.

What if the platform's API changes?

I build integrations with logs and alerts that catch errors right away, and the support period covers the fix.

Do messages go out from our own number?

Yes, through the WhatsApp Business platform you choose, with the account in your company's name.

Tell me about one process

If a process in your company still runs on spreadsheets and group chats, tell me about it. I'll tell you honestly whether a custom system is worth it.
