Web platforms and B2B commerce
For companies that sell to other businesses, or need a portal for customers, agents or suppliers.
01
Does this sound familiar?
- “Quotes go out as PDFs on WhatsApp, and the latest version gets lost.”
- “A customer asks about an order, so one employee calls another to find out.”
- “Each customer has a different price, in a file only one person updates.”
- “A ready-made platform covers half of what you need, and the other half is manual.”

What the system usually includes

- Agent or supplier portalEach party gets its own dashboard, with its data kept separate.
- Online paymentPayment inside the platform through a gateway you choose.
- Admin dashboardOrders, customers, reports and permissions.
- Installable web appOpens on a phone like an app, without an app store.

How it connects to what you have
In week one I check the APIs of the platforms you use, and give you a written report on what can be connected, what can't, and what to do instead.
- Accounting and e-invoicing
- Online stores
- Payment gateways
- Fleet systems
- WhatsApp Business platforms

What you own, and after launch
The repository, servers, domain and store accounts are in your company's name from day one, with documents that explain how everything runs. After launch, a support period set in the offer covers any bug, then maintenance is optional.

Questions about this service
Why not use a ready-made store?
If a ready-made store is enough, use it, and I'll tell you so. I build a platform when you need custom pricing, approvals or a portal that ready-made stores don't offer.
Does the platform support several languages?
Yes. Arabic first, then English, and other languages when needed.
Is each customer's data kept separate?
Yes. I separate each party's data in the app and at the database level, and test it automatically.
Tell me about one process
If a process in your company still runs on spreadsheets and group chats, tell me about it. I'll tell you honestly whether a custom system is worth it.
