Multi-agency booking platform for travel agencies
A SaaS platform that gives each travel agency in Saudi Arabia its own Arabic booking site and a back office to run its work.

The challenge
Every travel agency needs an Arabic booking site and a back office for its packages, departures and bookings. The goal was one platform that serves many agencies while keeping each agency's data apart from the others.
What I built
- Agency public site: each agency gets a site on a subdomain or its own domain. Travelers search packages, book seats on a dated departure and pay online.
- Agency back office: packages, departures and guides, bookings from the site, phone and WhatsApp, plus customers, reports and monthly statements.
- Operator panel: approving agencies, selling subscription plans, curating the shared catalog and settling each agency's commission.
- Pricing and booking: adult, child and infant prices, a temporary seat hold so the last seat is never sold twice, and payment through a gateway connector.
Tech
I built it with Next.js and TypeScript on PostgreSQL. Each agency's data is isolated at the database level (Row-Level Security), with a dedicated test suite that tries to break that isolation on every change. The interface is right-to-left Arabic and designed for phones first. It is self-hosted in Docker, with nightly backups, a tested restore, and handover documents for moving the code and every account to the client.
Outcome
I designed and built it alone, from the spec document to the first production release in October 2026, in phases the client approved. The client's name is withheld, and the screenshots use demo data.

If a process in your company still runs on spreadsheets and group chats, tell me about it. I'll tell you honestly whether a custom system is worth it.
