Automated Saudi jobs website
Collects job ads, removes duplicates, writes an Arabic summary for each job and publishes it with no manual work.

The challenge
The client wanted a jobs website that runs itself: it collects ads from public job boards and companies' own hiring systems, removes duplicates, has AI write an original Arabic summary for each job, and publishes to the site and a Telegram channel at a steady pace.
What I built
- Source checks: scheduled every 4 to 8 hours, with a status log for each source.
- Duplicate detection: fuzzy matching in PostgreSQL on title, company, city and description.
- Automatic classification: by city, company, specialty, sector and job type; uncertain items go to a person for review as drafts.
- Job page: shows the source and the official apply link, with structured data so jobs appear in Google's job search.
- Expiry: expired jobs close automatically.
- Owner control: the site owner tunes the automation from the WordPress admin, without a developer.
- Monitoring: error alerts, an hourly watchdog and a nightly summary.
Tech
The n8n workflows are generated from tested code instead of being edited by hand, with PostgreSQL and WordPress. Everything runs in Docker, with backups, a tested restore and secret scanning.
Outcome
I built it alone in October 2026, and it is in production. The client's name is withheld. The image is the workflow diagram, because the site's pages show real ads from real employers.

«شكرا لك ي محمد على العمل الاحترافي والله يكتب لنا التوفيق وتكون فاتحة خير لنا.. جزاك الله خيرا»Tell me about one process
If a process in your company still runs on spreadsheets and group chats, tell me about it. I'll tell you honestly whether a custom system is worth it.
